1. What This Notice Is

1.1 This notice applies to anyone who browses the hakoHub directory pages (hub.hakospace.com, the "directory pages"), referred to as a "visitor" or "you", whether or not you hold a HakoSpace Official Account. The directory pages are provided by HakoSpace ("we", "us"). You can reach us at legal@hakospace.com.

1.2 People who list a server on hakoHub are additionally governed by Section 7 of the HakoSpace Official Account Terms of Service, the hakoHub Listing Policy and Section 11 of the HakoSpace Official Account Privacy Policy; what the directory shows and how it is reviewed are set out in the hakoHub Listing Policy. This notice covers only what the directory pages do with visitors.

2. What Happens When You Browse the Directory

2.1 No account, no cookies. Browsing the directory pages requires no sign-in or registration. The directory pages set no cookies, use no analytics or tracking scripts, and carry no advertising.

2.2 We do not separately record your IP address. The directory pages are delivered by Cloudflare, and their content comes from a public snapshot we generate periodically. As a reverse proxy, Cloudflare sees connection information in transit (such as your IP address) and handles it under its own privacy policy; beyond that, we have not turned on platform access logs and do not separately record visitors' IP addresses or browser information.

2.3 Server icons are loaded directly from each server. The icon of each server on the directory pages is loaded by your browser directly from that server (the request carries no referrer, and an icon loads only when its card is near the viewport). The administrator of that server therefore sees your IP address and browser information, which that administrator handles under their own policies and which HakoSpace cannot control. If an icon fails to load, the page shows a default image.

2.4 Going to a server. When you click "Join" or "Visit", or use "Copy address", to go to a server, you enter a website run by a third party, and that website's own rules and policies apply; HakoSpace does not operate or control any server in the directory.

2.5 Reporting. The "Report" link on each card opens your mail program with legal@hakospace.com and the entry's public code, name and address pre-filled; nothing is sent until you press send. Once you send it, we receive your email address and the content of your message, which we use only to receive, verify, reply to and, where necessary, legally handle the matter; retention is set out in Section 9 of the HakoSpace Official Account Privacy Policy.

3. Directory Content and Personal Data

The server addresses, names, descriptions, icons and tags shown in the directory are provided by each lister and reviewed by HakoSpace; this content may indirectly point to a person. A server being listed does not mean HakoSpace endorses it (hakoHub Listing Policy, Section 11). If you believe content in the directory infringes your rights, please report it under Section 8 of the hakoHub Listing Policy.

4. Your Rights

Because the directory pages do not record visitor data, we usually hold no visitor personal data that could be accessed, corrected or deleted. If you have written to us, your rights regarding the personal data in that message, and how to exercise them, are set out in Section 12 of the HakoSpace Official Account Privacy Policy; people without an Official Account can exercise them too.

5. Changes to This Notice

This notice is identified by its effective date. An updated version will be announced on the HakoSpace website (hakospace.com) at least 14 days before its effective date; earlier versions are never modified, and historical versions are available on the website's archive pages. Browsing the directory pages does not require you to agree to this notice.

6. Language Versions

This notice is provided in Traditional Chinese and English. If there is any ambiguity or inconsistency between the two language versions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
